Reflection period/return

It may sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €6.50 per package. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store navigation or go to the refund policy or a returns page and then request a return.

3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

4. Return to the online store and enter a six-digit verification code.

5. Click on the order for which you want to submit the return.

6. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you want to return.

7. Select a reason for the return and add a note for the store.

8. Click on**Request a return**. If your return request is approved and ready to ship, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund

Would you like to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact info@boiqstore.nl for this. However, you will bear the costs of returning the product yourself.”

Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed before 11:30 PM on workdays the same day. However, we are not always able to achieve this, as the package company may experience calamities. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery is via the postman or DHL parcel deliverer. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
